Horse racing activity to hold on 3rd day of Tibetan New Year

Horse racing, archery show and tug-of-war will be held on the third day of Tibetan New Year, sources from TAR Sports Bureau.

More than 30 equestrians have devoted into trainings, after the Spring Festival holiday. This year, the horse racing activity will combine both modern and national equestrianism by showing archery, handstand, picking up Hada on horse and other 10 performances.

Besides, more than 20 Tibetans from Nyingchi will perform archery show, and more than 70 local farmers and herdsmen divided into five teams will have tug-of-war competition.
