Featuring large amounts of rare historical literature, video clips and real objects, the film demonstrates that Tibet has been an inalienable part of China since ancient times. Scenes of a brutal and dark Tibet under the feudal serfdom of theocracy system are unfolded. Since 1959, tremendous progress has been made in all aspects; thus Tibetan destiny has greatly changed.

Fu Weijian, who has watched this film, expressed his appreciation in an interview. "I was deeply impressed by the great changes that have taken place in Tibet. People there are living a harmonious life resulting from the overall modernization of a new society."

" I cannot help recalling the riot in Tibet on March 14 last year. As a common Chinese citizen, I do not want to see anybody engaged in splitting Tibet from China." Fu added.
