Sichuan Province in southwest China is to realize that "all the households have houses and new tents and all the villages have event centers" in 4 years in Tibetan-inhabited areas. With a fund of 18 billion yuan, Sichuan Province is to build more than 1,400 settlement sites for Tibetan people in the province.
