
From April 11 to June 14, a tour exhibition focusing on Tibetan arts and archaeology has attracted some 142,000 visitors in last two months in Japan.
Titled "Tibetan Arts and Archaeology", the exhibition wants to offer a chance for Japanese people to better understand the history of Tibet and local Japanese can get further impression about the protection and development of traditional Tibetan cultural heritage through this exhibition.
Organized by Chinese Culture Relics Exchange Association, China Association for Preservation and Development of Tibetan Culture and some Japanese media, the exhibition includes over 120 pieces (groups) rare cultural relics.
As scheduled, the exhibition will continue in Sapporo of Japan from July 11 to August 23.
