Tibet launches lecture of public security

In order to improve the system of public security and emergency management in the Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR), currently, the TAR people's government invited Fan Weideng, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, to give a lecture on public security and emergency management.

During the lecture, Fan Weideng introduced the issues that the government should focus on and the technology innovation of this field in China. In addition, he cited many examples from abroad to analyze problems in accidents and the ways to deal with them. Fan also explained the application of high technology in public security and emergency management.
As an expert in the field of public security, Fan Weideng has contributed a lot to our country: he has created a key lab of fire science and has presided a series of key national projects of public security and etc.
