2009 China's Tibet & Nepal Trade Fair concludes successfully

The 5-day 12th China's Tibet & Nepal Trade Fair was concluded successfully in Xigaze on Sep 7th, 2009. With the efforts from two countries, the sales income achieved approximately 2.5 million yuan.

And the volume for this trade fair surged to a new record with 26 pieces of contracts and intent letters worthy of $15.91 mln signed.

The fair as a financial trade talk, economic and technological cooperation meeting, and cultural exchanges exhibition as well made contributions in stepping up the economic and trade exchanges between China's Tibet and Nepal and boosting cooperation between Tibet and South Asian countries. Moreover, it has laid a solid foundation for bilateral economic relations in future.
