Tourists will have the chance to experience a series of Tibetan traditions and customs including "Taste Gutu", "Watch Evils Dispelling Festival", "Worship the God of Wealth".
Tibetan New Year as the major festival in Tibet will boost up winter tour in Tibet for its distinctive characteristics of traditional Tibetan culture.
On the last two Polar Tibetan New Year's Feast Folk Festival, 865 and 1,041 tourists had been invited to Tibet in 2008 and 2009.
