To enable every family accessible to radio and TV services, the Dingqen County Government began in September to offer such equipment for free to the families in seven townships.
Meanwhile, technicians were sent to the townships to teach the farmers and herdsmen how to use the equipment. They also helped rural families install the equipment.
By now, 25,000 people have benefited from such equipment.
