Picturesque view of Shangri-la

Northwestern Yunnan Provinces' Deqen Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture lies in the southern stretch of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Deqen means a place of good luck in the Tibetan language. The prefecture's Shangri-la County is considered a dreamy venue full of fair tales for most people.
