777,000 mu crops harvest in Chamdo

Harvest work of corn and buckwheat in Chamdo is carrying on well, sources from Chamdo Agriculture and Pasture Bureau.

Up to now, 777,000 mu crops have completed harvest, including grain harvested area of 644,000 mu, rape and vegetables areas of 82,000 mu, and forage grass areas of 50,000 mu.

The related department has strengthened seed quality control, autumn sowing crop management and promoted the pest control work in order to ensure a good harvest for the coming year.
