'Mt. Qomolangma Friendship Award' honored to foreign experts

Falout Morry Laurens, director of Handicap International (Belgium) Lhasa Project Office had been honored the 2009 "Mt. Qomolangma Friendship Award" on the ceremony held in Lhasa.

Holy hada, award certificate and medal had been presented for this foreign expert to honor his contributions in co-operation projects in Tibet.

Ju Jianhua, director of TAR Foreign Affairs Office said:"China's development is inseparable from the world, the world's prosperity and stability also needs China. We express faithful thanks to those foreign experts and international friends providing helps and making great contributions in promoting economic, science and technology, culture, education, and public health exchanges between China's Tibet and foreign countries."
