(Lhasa Evening Photo)The Lhalu Wetland greening scenic area construction project with 120 days time limit is nearing completion. 65 scenery complementary street lights have been installed for 3 km along the landscape belt of Lhalu Wetland greening scenic area.
This kind of scenery complementary lights uses wind and solar power instead of electrical resource. When there are insufficient lights, the wind generator of the street lamps will start operations in order to provide power for some three or four rainy days.
