Burang costume, a kind of characteristic Tibetan costume in Burang County of Tibet's Ngari Prefecture has a history of over 1,000 years and the most famous type is the "peacock" costume for Tibetan women. It has some relationship with the Peacock River representing beauty and auspicious.
