A total of 45 primary school headmasters from Tibet began their training courses in eight priority primary schools in Harbin City, capital of northeastern China's Heilongjiang Province, on Monday.
As part of the aid-Tibet program of Heilongjiang Province, the headmasters aged 35 on average will be trained for two months, according to Harbin Daily.
They will have theoretical studies, as well as on-the-job training such as attending and assessing classes, and assisting local headmasters in school management.
To date, 90 headmasters and 45 teachers from Tibet have been trained in Harbin, where another two groups of them will be trained during the 2010-2011 period.
