Following is the panorama of a community of rural residents in Xarba Village, Ngaqen Township, Chengguan District, downtown Lhasa: plots of delicate greensward, courtyards with blooming flowers, smooth straight concrete passes running through the whole community and rows upon rows of brick-and-tile houses equipped with cable TV sets.
