11 college graduates probationary bases set up in Lhasa

11 probationary bases have been set up with handing out 730 yuan subsistence allowance per month for college graduates in Lhasa, capital of TAR.

"Any certificated college graduates who is jobless in two years after graduating can participate in the probationary bases. The time of job attachment is 3 to 6 months. College graduates during the internship period can not only receive the subsistence allowance, but also sign the labor contracts and enjoy personal accident insurance." Chen Mingyan, staff from Lhasa College Graduates Career Guidance Center said.

The probationary bases have been viewed as the major way for employing unit to select graduate students.
