Tibetan manuscripts, cave paintings discovered in Himalayas

According to National Geographic website, climber Renan Ozturk followed an expedition and went into a cave in the ancient kingdom of Mustang which is now in Nepal.

Many Tibetan manuscripts from the 15th century have been discovered during this tour. There are both Buddhism and Bon discourse in these manuscripts. These historical relics are considered to be linked to the fictional paradise of Shangri-La.
