BEIJING, May 5 (Xinhuanet) -- The world's largest Hada (a white silk scarf symbolizing good luck in the Tibetan language) was unveiled at the Hailuogou Tourist Zone, Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, to mark the 60th anniversary of the prefecture's establishment.

The 112.4-m-long and 1.9-m-wide Hada is also the longest of its kind in the world, with its hundreds of auspicious Tibetan Buddhist patterns embroidered by 100 local artisans from the Tibetan, Yi, and Han ethnic groups in five days.

Application will be filed for the scarf for the Guinness World Records after a signing-tour is completed in Chengdu, Kunming, Chongqing and Guangzhou, according to the Management Office of the Hailuogou Tourist Zone.
