Special action on wild animal protection in Qiangtang Nature Reserve

Dubbed as the "Sharp Sword on the Plateau", a special action to protect wild animals was carrying on in Qiangtang Nature Reserve of northern Tibet. And the wild animal protection knowledge had been introduced for the local Tibetans.
