Shangri-la: Picturesque Pudacuo National Park in summer
11:14, July 26, 2010

Located in Shangri-La of Deqen Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Yunnan Province, the Pudacuo National Park covers a total area of nearly 2,000 square kilometers and makes the core terrain of "Three Parallel Rivers" - one of the world's natural heritages listed by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

With an average altitude of 3,500 meters, this park has retained well-preserved ecosystems within the virgin forests, which typically showcases a microcosm of the local ecological environment.

The alpine meadow is adorned with beautiful flowers in the Pudacuo National Park in Yunnan, July 22.
