A conference on the financial operation of Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) in the first half year of 2010 was held on July 26 in Lhasa, capital city of TAR.

According to the conference, in the past half year, TAR saw a stady financial market, which developed step by step.

Financial institutions of TAR carried out moderately easy monetary policy with favorable policies from the central government and increased effective input credit while optimizing credit structure.

The steady and rapid development of TAR offers a good environment for the local financial market, said a principal concerned in his report.
