The snow-capped Mt.Nyainqentanglha in winter. Located 100 km north of Lhasa, capital city of Tibet, Mt. Nyainqentanglha has an altitude of 4,630 meter with Namtso Lake to the northwestern mountainside and Yampachen to the southern mountainside. Mt. Because of the high altitude and shortage of oxygen, Tibet in the southwestern part of China, is known as snow-covered area in winter and a winter tour there is taken no account of by many tourists.
