Pasang, an attending doctor in Lhasa maternal and child health care hospital said:"The health care consciousnesses of Tibetan women are improving rapidly, with more and more pregnant women checking health in hospital. Moreover, any child born in our hospital can enjoy free regular health examinations and immunization vaccines until seven years old."
All the medical equipments were advanced and eight medical staff in this hospital had been sent to Wuhan for professional training. Many Tibetan parents said they would like to take their children to hospital for health checks. Tsewang, a Tibetan said:" I'm happy that my son grows taller and gets the vaccination to prevent diseases. "
