Recently, Xinjiang has seen several violent events, for the mobsters that used needles to stab ordinary people which wanted to implement terrorism to make people panic.

Both the "7.5 event" and the "stab events" related to Rebiya Kadeer and her "World Uygur Congress". But the Dalai expressed his support to Rebiya at this time. On September 10, he said he was impressed by Rebiva, because she was different from other Uygurs, and she supported the "nonviolent" way.
To some extent, this is an honest sentence, because the Dalai Lama does have a different definition of the world "nonviolence". During the "3.14 event" last year, the hoodlums in Lhasa beating, smashing and looting, caused the deaths of a number of people, including, for example, 5 innocent young girls from Yichun shop. But the above violent events became a "peaceful demonstration" in the Dalai's mouth.
This year's "7.5" violent events caused by Rebiya and her "World Uygur Congress" were actually the same as last year's "3.14 event". The Dalai can be called Rebiya's teacher, that is why after "7.5" event, Rebiya declared she would learn from the Dalai, and afterwards the Dalai also defended Rebiya. Because their violent actions were covered by a disguise of peace and nonviolence, the Dalai's "nonviolence" has always been his oral advertisement.
However, when the Dalai boasts his "peace" and "nonviolence"; a radical "Tibetan independence" member, Nuobu, wrote an article which hit the Dalai heavily.
Nuobu once took part in the rebellion of Mustang, and later founded an institution studying "Tibetan independence". He should be an important figure in the "Tibetan independent" group. The "Tibetan hometown website" published his article "waiting for democracy – an inspection on the political situation of Tibetan exile government". In this article, he disclosed a lot of events which reflected how the Dalai Lama repelled his dissidents by violent means.
For example, "Scholar Bai Masurium Ben's academic and Tibetan literary work was recognized as opposing Buddhism, and the chairman of the Cholsum United Association provided 200,000 rupees to reward the person who could murder Bai Masurium Ben. Even during an interview with "Dasar", the reward was repeated.
After counting a big pile of similar violence, Nuobu wrote, "Even the sketchy investigation can also demonstrate the political motivation and intent. Unfortunately the Dalai never condemned these threats and rough events which are carried out in his name, and it is possible that he accidentally provided some kind of encouragement, (encourages people) to show their loyalty by this flagitious way."
Certainly, Buobu's article only reflected the strife of the "Tibetan independence" group, but his description has torn down the Dalai's cover of "peace" and "nonviolence", revealing the bloody fierceness behind his advertisement -like smile.
