Veiled climate change: Dalai continues money-grabbing speeches in Australia (2)
15:30, December 11, 2009

"Peaceful" appearance and shameless lies

Though dismissing the climate issue from his mind, the Dalai Lama obviously had not forgotten the purpose of his trip.

Later, someone had raised the question, "if I go to Tibet, how can I explore the spiritual essence of the Tibetans?" On hearing the question, the Dalai Lama immediately brought up the riots that took place in Lhasa on March 14, 2008, making people believe that he had not understood what the question was, or he just wanted to purposely associate the question with the riots.

In response to the question, the Dalai Lama shamelessly repeated his lies, absolving himself and the Dalai clique from guilt.

The Dalai Lama gained his ends by distorting the facts. Suddenly, it occurred to him that he had not answered the question. After the lecture organizer repeated the question, he uttered that everyone could understand the spiritual essence of the Tibetans by getting to know them, and then rushed to put an end to the lecture.

Meeting between China and U.S. leaders disturbed the Dalai Lama

Although he was not concerned with the problem of climate change, the Dalai Lama paid extraordinary attention to the meeting held not long ago between China and US leaders and mentioned it in his speech many times.

Perhaps because of the friendly atmosphere of the meetings this time between China and the U.S., the Dalai Lama feels lost and helpless.

He tried his best to be sarcastic, but it seems that he was determined to tell more tales. For example, in his speech, the Dalai Lama boasted about his smooth and fluent responses to the media, but questioned China and U.S. leaders about only reading statements and not answering questions before the public. Perhaps the Dalai Lama, who thinks of himself as clever and skillful in responding to reporters' questions, had forgotten that he did not even dare to answer audience's questions during the day of his speech and only "selectively" responded to audience's written questions.
